I end up squeezing the gel int half the bag and folding it over. Bought for post surgery therapy. If I just lay the bag on my knee gravity pulls all the gel off my knee and into the sides.

This is the best ice pack I have ever had. Stays cold the longest of any thing I have ever used before. I highly recommend.

Not as thick as others, but folded in half works great.

I purchased 2 of these so I could swap them out during recovery from total hip replacement. They worked great for my needs. Large, flexible, covered from my knee to my hip. A little weight to them which can be good and bad. Good because it presses itself to you easily, but if you're in pain it can be obnoxious to move them around. I still use the them daily 3 months later and still am satisfied w them

Everything is good about it except that even when put in the freezer it doesn’t get cold enough. Not sure why?

Product inside warms up too fast and moves around where it is only about 1/4 full. I use it but not my favorite.
