We bought this canopy after years of buying 'pop up' type shade structures for our deck out back of the house. We would only get a few months to a couple years out of the pop ups before the tops deteriorated in the UV, or the wind would flatten them.This one takes a little longer to set up (not much longer), but it seems way sturdier. I've got the top cinched down to the deck rails pretty well, so winds don't affect it much. I'm hoping that if it gets hit by the wind and really takes a beating, I can order replacement bits from the manufacturer, rather than just taking a total loss like the pop up things.The top seems to be standard weight tarp material (rip-stop?), so it looks like it'll withstand most of the stuff New England can throw at it in the few months we need it. I like the bungee loop tie downs, makes it easy to get it fixed down to the frame. It's a little higher than we imagined, but that's just our lack of imagination for the accurate dimensions. Keeping my fingers crossed. I would, at this point, highly recommend it if you're looking for this type of solution for what we're using it for.

We purchased this less than a year ago. It suffered some minor tears at the eyelets which secure the canopy atop. I contacted the company hoping it was under warranty for a replacement. Lynn, at EDeck, was very responsive and helped us get a new cover. The experience was better than I expected.

Well I need to tell you all that i bought one of carport covers and it very easy to install and steady. I love it. But I did have problem with it four of the poles bend and the canopy hold holes tor out all this during a storm. but i contacted Amazon and the seller E-DECK and I talked to Ms Vincy and He or She was very nice and understanding. I explained the problem and Ms Vincy got right on it. The replacement parts were ordered .Ms Vincy kept me informed of the situation the whole time. and I got all the replacement parts I needed. Thanks to Ms Vincy and Amazon. They both came through for me and I will continue doing business with both.

Had a need for some shade and place to work on equipment outside in the weather. Found this and as a test, set it up as a shade for a party. Assembly was easy and I was able to assemble it by my self. Only issue was when I stood it up the first time to put the legs on, has a stupid moment and raised the side with the wind to my back and almost lost it. After I got my head screwed back on straight, I had it all assembled and was standing in the shady breeze in about 45 minutes.

They said they would reimburse me but haven't received it yet. All the poles snapped in two even though I had professional install it. Terrible product

Great canopy for my truck, easy to assembler, sturdy. Reached to seller for some spare parts (wanted to reinforce the roof for the tough winters we have), Renee was very helpful, responsive, and they even sent free spare parts. Highly recommend.
