Plastic Professionals Inc Terra Cotta Tuscana Strawberry Pot Rain Barrel

I ordered theTerra Cotta Rain Barrel and after installation with cutting downspout gutters noted there was a leak from a weep hole draining inside water. I wrote to the company and they asked for a picture so they could better understand the problem. Using my Iphone I was able to email a 30 sec video which showed the problem. Jeff, in Customer Service, was able to track down a production problem which he appreciated knowing about and sent me a replacement barrel with a shipping label to return original barrel which has no leakage.

The product arrived even before it was suppose to. It looks just like the picture. It functions like it a rain barrel should. Overall, we are quite pleased with it.
