I am a garden teacher at an elementary school so I have used many nozzles. I like this one the best because you do not have to squeeze the handle to spray water. It's got good pressure and variety of sprays. It also lasts! The most durable nozzle I have used.

If fells right, it works correctly. It is balanced and sturdy and makes manipulating the hose easy.

I purchased two of the highest Amazon rated nozzles, this and the Melnor Heavy Duty Metal Rear Trigger plus a Gardena Metal Fully Adjustable Spray Gun with Flow Control which is lower rated on Amazon but number 1 in the boating community. Surprisingly the Gardena was the best in terms of comfort, control and volume/jet power. The Melnor was second in control and volume but was quite heavy making it less comfortable for long period use. The Orbit was more comfortable than the Melnor but had the least flow (all used on the same hose and faucet). if you need a nozzle that you can also use as a hammer, the Melnor is it, otherwise Gardena is the best.

Solid built. Nice and gentle cone spray. Very comfortable grip.

I've been through so many spray nozzles it hurts. I've been desparate to find one that is 1) durable, 2) easy to adjust with one hand, and durable (made of solid brass - the pot metal/zinc type are worthless in a couple years). This one has been a true pleasure to use and it's well built. It cost more than some, but it should last much longer. It also doesn't leak where the hose attaches, and the spray pattern is easy to adjust. I do recommend this nozzle over all the others at Amazon.

I've had a lot of spay nozzles, this is by far my favorite.Easy to hold, easy to adjust water pressure using thumb.Very good spay adjustment, always perfectly round and lets you get that jet spay if needed.Last for a long time if you don't leave it full of water in freezing temps. I think the plastic housing got a small crack so I had to buy a new one.

Heavy Duty spray, I bought this for my restaurant and it is wonderful. Small portable, light weight, easy to handle, and heavy duty. They adjustable nozzle helps with numerous task.

You will like it at first, but put down gingerly or you risk breaking a thin plastic disc in the lever. That thin plastic disc will break if you drop it something hard like a driveway or sidewalk. For something that looks so strong it is surprisingly fragile. For those that do not break, it becomes hard to open and close after one season. I have replaced all 4 of the ones I bought already in about a year.
