Directions are terrible, but a good product
In America mozzarella is very cheap and easy to find in every store, but I'm in Mizoram now and it's hard to get anything here. So fresh isn't an option, even frozen is hard to get. Dehydrated is the best option to have shipped in but it takes 6 hours of soaking the cheese chunks in water for the cheese to rehydrate properly. The directions say to use a few seconds in warm water but the inside of the cheese is still dry. While that could work with a powdered cheese product the water won't penetrate into the rest of the cheese.Once the cheese is rehydrated the quality is fairly standard mozzarella. The little bits taste like mozzarella. They are nice, soft and creamy. I used them for pizzas where they melted very nicely.Ideally the company would sell a 90-95% mozzarella and 5-10% parmesan blend for pizza but this worked well. It really hits the fresh made pizza craving and it's good to share with others.

I used it for baking pizza and surprisingly it didn't melt in the microwave at all. My whole pizza burnt but it didn't melt. Waste product. Don't buy it.
