The product is good. Although there is a minor leakage from the storage tank. Amazon price is competitive and delivery is also good. But aquaguard service is very very bad. 6 months have passed but no servicing. Even the leakage has not been repaired. After the review in Amazon my aquaguard was repaired yesterday and leakage was fixed. Thank you aquaguard for caring customer sentiment and special thanks to AMAZON.

After Using this for more than 18 months, Aquaguard has proven again that this product should not have been bought. Absolutely no Service support, they just don't turn up and they have devices in their systems with the wrong data so you cant even complain with the right details. If you are willing to spend hours trying to reach out to them. GO for it else there are better alternatives.Aquaguard is a brand which has forgotten service support. The product delivers what is expected but not without faults. Looks good, has good hold up capacity and as a domestic user, you will always get clear water with red LED assuring the filter is working.Buying and Installation ExperienceAmazon delivered as committed in one day. The product was leaking and wasn't working, it was giving a buzzer sound and no water was flowing. Aquaguard failed to support and Amazon promptly replaced it. My experience with Amazon is excellent in such matters not only now but from quite a long time with one other product earlier too.Aquaguard on the other hand sent a technician for installation whose sole intention was to sell a flow controller. We already had a flow controller from an earlier filter which he rejected saying we have to use only SS material and the existing was of plastic. This was insane as an entire assembly including the internals of Aquagurad were of plastic and the first impression of Aquagurad took a major hit.We ended up putting the filter on nails and connected the hoses only to see that it gives a buzzer and does not work. Complained to Aquaguard, surprising they kept saying a technician is coming who never came. One of their coordinators stopped receiving calls when we started following up. Complained to Amazon and they replaced the product.Running ExperienceThe product works well but leaks from the body creating a bit of a mess. The replacement is working atleast.Overall Opinion1. Product as good as any other make. I had Pureit for 9 years which gave me an excellent life and service support was also good from HUL.2. Thanks to Amazon otherwise I would have regretted buying this far more than what I do now.3. Avoid Aquagaurd unless there is no other option.4. In case you buy it, find out local support which is amply available. I will have to do now to take care of the leakage part.Will post internal photos if possible when I get a local guy to open it. I am forgetting Aquagurad Warranty. Be prepared to do so if you buy.

Product is easy to install and seems to be good

This one is really great. It's been a year using same and the water quality is really good. Was bit skeptical reading few reviews about leaking tap, but no such case with mine. Planning to buy 2 more, one for myself and one for one of our relatives who also liked it. Seller please make this available soon to purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Good for small family use, 7 litre tank is sufficient, pre filter is not available with this purifier you have to buy it from store, you can use this product if your water tds is 200 or below, because it's not ro. overall nice product. I'm happy with this.

I received a defective unit and when the EurekaForbes technician tried to install it, he informed us that it is defective. I raised the return request and got a callback from Amazon immediately. The technician explained them about the defect and a return pickup was scheduled. However no one showed up for the pickup. Since then, I have contacted Amazon customer service several times (10+) and each time I get the same response that they need to reschedule it and each time no one shows up. It's been close to a month and it has been rescheduled 8 times.For some reason, Amazon customer service has also done a terrible job on this order. They don't seem to have any option other than rescheduling pickup. I have escalated it several times through them and a few times they have created something called NOC form and assured me that next pickup can't fail, but again no one shows up and return pickup is cancelled. Whenever I asked for refund, I was told a different policy that is stopping them from issuing a refund, so my money is stuck and I don't have any other way. It is stuck in a loop of rescheduling pickups with no further solution from Amazon. In one instance, I was on a call with an associate and when she offered to create a pickup again, I asked her to connect me to her supervisor to ask why they don't have any resolution. Her supervisor didn't agree to come to the call and she hung up on me.At the end of the day, my money is stuck with Amazon and I am paying for water bottles instead for the last one month. The time, energy and money I have wasted by buying an appliance from Amazon is not worth the convenience I thought I was getting. I will continue to shop for smaller items on Amazon but for any appliance or electronic items, will switch to local markets where they have accountability.

Average performance

Kindly do not buy the products of Eureka Forbes. Within 2 months, this water purifier malfunctioned and now it has been more than 4 weeks without any update from customer care. They don't even have the spare parts to replace the faulty one. Absolute Disaster.Never going to buy any other product of this company. Kindly go for KENT products. They have amazing product support.Edit on 11th Aug: After following up for 4 weeks, they have finally replaced the faulty part of the machine. Hence, changing from 1 star to 4 star as per the request from customer care team.
