I really enjoyed this book. Beautiful photos and images and really nicely written text. I was getting lost in the amazing word of medieval beauty. Unfortunately the book is not thick/big so was read very quick, this is the reason for 4 stars. I really enjoyed the information and it was helpful for my reenactment journey.

Well written book on medieval jewellery. Gives good information on the making of this superb jewellery and the context of the times in which it was made.If you appreciate beautiful jewellery then this is the book for you.
