I ordered one of these files so I could see if it worked as I had seen several YouTube Videos about how much better glass files are for your nails versus the cardboard emory “type” files that I normally use. These files are wonderful. You get a complete clean filed nail when using this file. I don’t use acrylic nails I am leaving this review for natural nails.

The best quality file for natural nails. Doesn’t tear my nails up and it lasts a long time. I won’t file my nails with anything else.

This nail file works so much better (and faster) than a metal one or disposable emery boards. It leaves a nice smooth surface in just a couple of strokes. It is endlessly reusable. The glass is sturdy enough that you'll never break it filing your nails, but you do have to be careful not to drop the file on a hard surface. It WILL break. I bought three because I broke my original one after several years of use. Also, I like to give them away as gifts. I also bought a travel-size glass file that is shorter than these, but I much prefer the full-length size, even for travel.
