Q: I received an 1825 large cent in pretty fair shape, but the obverse and reverse alignment is off. Is that common?

Alignment should be180 degrees. I don’t know how common offset strikes may be; but that would likely increase the value. I recommend consulting a local reputable coin dealer.

Q: Is it real and very good or just good ?

It's real. I'd have to say mine was just good. The word "LIBERTY" on her tiara, or what ever, was almost no existent. Everything else was fine besides being dirtier than I expected; it was completely black when I got it. I appreciate that it was authentic, but I still felt the need to clean it a little just to be sure it was copper.
