Thank goodness I have not needed to use it this year. Basement has been flooded four times. I do know it's the same as the professionals use.

Use for checking moisture in my firewood, worked great

used it to find bad my water leak was, called ins co and their inspector had a very expensive tester and this one read just about the same!

neat gadget to see if your firewood is really dry or not...inexpensive too.
