The Complete Book of Electric Blues Guitar: An All-Inclusive Anthology of Performers and Playing Styles from the Last 80 Years with over 130 audio tracks! (Hal Leonard)

Comprehensive and Interesting
The book offers a wide-ranging and educational review and history of electric blues guitar styles from T-Bone Walker to Stevie Ray Vaughan with many stops in between!. The accompanying audio includes samples of these styles professionally done by Hal Leonard musicians. Included are blues, blues-rock, soul, R&B, and funk guitar styles by luminaries like Carl Hogan, Cornell Dupree, Ike Turner, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Eric Clapton, and many others with interesting historical and biographical notes. Well worth the $30 price in my view. There are also scale and chord diagrams, some with mistakes such as the E7#9b5 chord on p.178, but these are minor quibbles.

Not really "the complete"
A truly compete book of electric blues guitar would be enormous in size. That said, this is a regurgitation of info easily found elsewhere. And they continue to offend by saying it is "all-inclusive".

Very In Depth Blues book
Still going through the book. Very in depth and full of interesting historical and style comparisons.

WATCH THE PHOTO PLEASE
