It’s hard to find a quality product these days. So many vendors will cut every corner possible to compete on price, always at the expense of quality. The Heat Warden is a well crafted and constructed piece that I suspect will outlive the burner itself. Before purchasing I considered fabricating something myself, but I’m glad I didn’t. I couldn’t have made anything this nice and sturdy for the reasonable price they are asking. Easy buy, no regrets.

I ordered the incorrect heat deflector for our gas fire pit. Working with Mark he offered an exchange of the legs, which can be easily changed, for no additional cost. He was quick with his response and getting the new legs in the mail. His excellent customer service is much appreciated. As for the product itself, we have not been able to use it yet but our daughter has one and loves it. That's why I ordered one from the same company.Pleased in Wisconsin!

Seems like a great idea, but I think it needs to be much taller. I think my solo fire pit doesn't get up as hot with this over it. Next time it warms up a little I will try to extend the legs and see if it helps to be a couple of feet over the fire pit. It is well made.

Love how heavy duty and rugged this deflector is but when I received it the item was warped. I am using it for the first time this weekend camping so hopefully it will be stable on its legs over my firebowl.
