i was upset at first to receive the steamliner without the organ oil and to unexpected extra boarder fees but seller fixed the problem for the missing oil bottle.Cortex Professional Steamliner Vapor Iron leaves hair shinny witout looking greasy. Realy like it and it smells great!I had multiple curling irons and streighteners that i gave away after trying the Cortex. With a wrist movement, i can create different sizes of curls, or simply streight hair. i highly recommand it.For canada buyers, please note that you should expect an additionnal 35$ fees for the boders, on top of the shipping fees

Recieved item on Feb 16 and used it for the first time. WONDERFUL!! I read how some people disliked it, that it burnt their hair or about the smell. I had no such issues. I started off on a low setting and low steam, hair straighened so fast and its nice and shiny. No problems with the cartridge either. I may have been overly careful with opening the rubber plug but its better then breaking it. So far I love it and will continue to use it!
