searched for a chimney cap in about 50-60 different companies and web sites - over 100 caps viewed - finally found what i was looking for in this company - first cap they sent was incorrect, but they corrected the order and sent the correct cap -i am very pleased with this cap and the quality of the product - i am pleased that it is USA made - stainless steel, black powder coating, removable lid (for cleaning chimney without difficulties), and a skirt across the bottom customer service was excellent - thank you - difficult job made easier for a DIYer - my second order from this company

this seems to be a very well made and carefully made product - I am in the process of installing now - I have had to make some small modifications to the chimney flue for a tighter fit - I am pleased with the response from the company to my questions as well - I am a DIY and trust my work will be as care-ful as the product is itself. This cap was the only one I could find with a removable lid both for cleaning and for installation. Stainless steel and powder coating are very good.

Shopped around quite a bit for this beautiful item and it finally came all the way from the West Coast. So happy to add it to my home here on the East Coast. If you want a really nice chimney cap I strongly suggest this one. Beautiful strong and elegantly designed. Thank you

First order arrived dented. A replacement was shipped immediately. Really love the all-over matte black finish and it was very easy to install. Highly recommend this company and their product.
