It a very nice concept for lightning the room like sunset light rainbows efect Morning shade. I like it. They can improve by adding a narow opening where we can add different light shades with out opening the head.

Manage expectations and you will be pleased with what you get for $8. Neat color display, and low power consumption.Some disappointment for me is that to get an intense color on the wall, the lamp has to be close to the wall, and then you can't help but also see the lamp and it's bright lens as well. If it had a longer focus and could throw the image across the room, you could enjoy the resulting spot without spoiling the "mystery" of seeing where it's coming from. As it is, if you try to project the spot further away from the lamp, the circle is huge and unimpressively dim.Imagine that to see the full moon, you had to look sideways into the glare of a car headlight. Not quite as cool, right?However, if this lamp did what I hoped, it'd probably be worth $30-40, not be an affordable $8 that's easier to justify when you don't "need" the product. Maybe in 6 months or a year I'll buy whatever new and improved version exists.Color selection and changing is a hassle, so once you set it up you probably won't be changing it often. Four tinted or irridescent flims. effect on the color is a little hard to match to the instructions, and the color effect isn't the same as the tint. Could be because the led without any lenses is yellow/amber/orangish rather than white, and I don't know how to color stack filters for effect.But experimenting with them is a little tedious due to having to tweeze them out of the lamp.Some say the lamp is dim overall, and so I expected that and it's fine - it makes a pleasing color image and the lighting is like a nightlight or darkroom or if you had a tiny lamp with a dark shade.

just got it was super excited but it literally only have one color that works. It’s just orange. I mean it’s a cool like but it’s not why i bought it.

The light’s LED is orange. It will not displays the blue or pink colors even if you put the shades in.

Nice light but the led bulb is amber and not white so it messes with the color filter colors.
