I had this item for a while, and it didn't last long before I got my first rip. It wasn't so big so I could still use the sauna shirt to its full potential, but I was a bit disappointed considering that it's a bit pricey for only the shirt.

I got a XL but probably could have gotten a L… but I still love it! I used it while I was in my sauna and it definitely helps you SWEAT!!!! It is so comfortable and has a bit of a stretch. Definitely ordering another set!

Me basé en la reseñas anteriores y lo compré talla XL, mido 1.70 y peso 80 kg, fue un error, lo devolví y lo cambié por una talla L y me quedó perfecto! La tela es stretch lo que lo hace súper cómodo, te puedes mover y ejercitarte con facilidad. Realmente sudas!!!! Vale cada peso, nada que ver con los trajes de “bolsa de plástico”.

I am glad I bought this. It does make me sweat a lot. It fits well for me and the quality is great.

This is the best specially for person like me that took a while before i get sweat, i use this in often in sauna in just few minutes I sweat a lot. Highly recommended
