Bought this item. It broke after a few weeks. Wnen I tried to return it, they were not helpful. They didn’t respond. Finally after I filed A to Z claim they sent me a return label. They wouldn’t schedule pick up. Very bad quality. Don’t waste your money! Bad customer service. Bad product

Product manual does not match product ( manual shows on-board charging but charger has to connect directly to battery, and it's cheeply made). Seat only adjusts to 2 of the 5 settings and is a royal pain because it's bolted and hard to get to. Doesn't adjust to all because handle on bolt for battery harness hits seat.Frame and other parts seem reasonably built, but not high quality. Even all the stickers were put on crooked with little care for quality.

Kart stopped taking a charge after roughly a month, bought new batteries and a charger, still does not work. Also, bicycle, go kart and golf cart repair places will not touch this thing, so I’m stuck with a $1,000 pile of junk.

So far the Kart doesn’t run at all. This is a household of mechanics and I knew I should have went Gas Powered. So far roll bar snapped during installation and Kart doesn’t work. Yes, it’s fully charged and this is not operator error. I’m hoping this company takes back the Kart. I’ll keep you updated.

the roll bar hole alignment is off. Be prepared to drill new holes. When the product works the kids love it.

We purchased this and our granddaughters are loving this, oh and all of the neighborhood kids. Our 4 yr old is able to drive this also. We are pleasantly surprised at how long the battery lasts. 3 days of driving and is still fully charged. We highly recommend this product and probably will buy a second one.... as riding together is so much fun when your a child.
