The eye mask is very soft and the satin lining is very nice. The eye mask is comfortable to sleep in. The band was a bit too big for me, so I just added a stitch and now it is the perfect length. I bought an additional one because of how much I love it to use during travelling. I haven’t washed it yet though so I don’t know how it will look after a wash

Customer Service reps refused to refund this item even as I explained that it is loose and I cannot use it. Pathetic experience. They could even understand what I was saying and how I cannot use a sleep mask that does not fit on my head. Unbelievable.
