I purchased a pair for my daughter who is in musical theater and the original pair came with a dust bag to keep the shoes in. We had to return them due to the sizing and the replacement pair didn't come with the bag which is disappointing.

My daughter needed these for a dance routine and she absolutely loves them. Sorry we didn’t get them sooner.

I dance and I needed to purchase these for one of my classes. I found the BLOCH versions on the website and they sold for about $100-$150. Luckily, I found these and they are the exact ones needed to use for my dance class! Love these they are a little bit loose, like barely for me. But easy to break in and affordable compared to buying these from Capezio or BLOCH sites.

Too tight at instep

These are excellent shoes made of high quality leather. Be sure to measure your feet and if in doubt at all go a half size up. They are light as a feather and not stiff anywhere. If you need arch support, you might want to buy some of those stick in arch supports for high heels. I expect I should be able to dance all night in these at the upcoming Christmas party! And they look amazing.

I am editing this review - formerly a one-star review entitled "Broke after 3 months :-("Because the shoes were out of the 1-month return window, I contacted Bloch, who emailed me initially to contact the seller, so I tried again with Amazon, and within 30 minutes (!) heard back from a representative that they would exchange the defective shoes at no charge! That is some awesome customer service! Then yesterday, I received a follow-up phone call from Bloch, apologizing for the earlier email and offering to assist in an exchange of the defective shoes - more great (and personal!) service from the Manufacturer. We are scheduled to receive the replacement shoes today - and I am hopeful that the pair we initially received was just a random defective pair. I am thrilled, however with how both Amazon and Bloch handled this issue, even though it did take a few days. I remain a very satisfied customer!Previous review FYI:I bought these for my teen daughter who needed character heels for a dance/theater performance she was in. She absolutely loved the range of movement allowed by the split soles, felt that they fit well and were very cute - I loved that they seemed like a more reasonable-priced version of LaDuca's, and because of this, we also bought a pair in beige for an additional performance, and she switched off wearing both pairs to even out the use. She only wore them indoors for rehearsals/classes, and they are in very-good condition. Unfortunately, the strap broke off these today while she was in rehearsal and it is beyond the 1-month of Amz return policy. I have written Bloch and if I hear back, I'll report. Because of all the great reviews, I think this might be an unusual circumstance, the beige ones are still in good shape...I bought those two months ago, so we'll see...

Tow box is a little roomy. This is my first purchase for dance class. As stated I ordered 1/2 larger than normal and the fit was good.

They’re perfect! I I wear a size 8 US street shoe. But I’ve been a dancer all my life and now my feet require a wider shoe, so I ordered a half size up and they fit beautifully. I was concerned about the suede Sol on stage but they are not slippery at all. Very fine product.

La calidad es buenísima

I loved these shoes and was so excited to get them. However, after only a month the inner sole started to wear, and after two months the elastic for the buckle started to separate and wear down. It has become stringy and at any moment during a rehearsal I worry they will snap. I am surprised they lasted for shows. I would hope this is a fluke, so ideally I'd like to return them and get a new pair since they fit well, but the return period was only as long as they were decent for. I'm not impressed with how they've worn after only a few months.

Reading all the reviews about sizing made trying order so difficult and stressing. I ended checking on Bloch's sizing chart and they recommend order half size larger. My street shoe size (American) is 6.5 so I ordered 7. They fit perfect! I can't understand what went wrong with people ordering 2 or more sizes bigger and still fitting small. My experience after checking there was really good. The shoe is beautiful, fits like a glove, I love the brand and never disappoints. The leather is very high quality and all the seams are hidden on the inside. All the other options on the platform with smelly glue or cheap plastic seem to be an absolute waste of money compared to these ones. Absolutely worth every cent. I highly recommend them.
