Three different heating levels and large diameter. This little unit keeps my coffee hot. I sip while doing Teams/Zoom calls in the mornings. The adjustable temperature allows me to change heating temp based on the volume of coffee left in my mug! Works great.

I like that there are 3 levels of heat to keep my tea hot and the surface area is wide for a larger vessel other than a mug.

I love this thing. I use it every day to keep my drink warm while I work. I drink my matcha/tea/coffee slowly and I was having to run to the microwave multiple times. Not anymore! I like that there are three heat settings and I find that even with a big mug, I usually don’t need the highest heat. It’s the best and most effective mug warmer I’ve used. I liked it so much we bought my hubby one too. As others have pointed out, you do need to be a little careful because it’s easy to turn it on without realizing, but I always push it back out of the way when I’m done with it for the day and haven’t had any mishaps yet!

It works perfectly, I can keep my tea at the temperature I want it for as long as I want it. I only wish it looked nicer. I tried the cute cat mug warmer you can also buy on amazon but it didn't keep my tea hot.

Really like this cup warmer. The 3 temp options works great. Best features are the glass top and the size. The Rae Dunn cups I use are large and don't fit on some of the other cup warmers. The fact that this one doesn't have a lip around the edge is nice as well.

I've used this warmer daily for two weeks now. It is excellent for the purpose. My old warmer, whose housing cracked, had only one temperature setting, so I had to continually turn it off and on to maintain the desired temperature. The three settings on this one work great; in practice, I find that I don't need the high setting and can easily shift from the middle to the lowest setting as the amount of coffee decreases. The auto shut-off is a great feature, as I would sometimes forget to shut off my old one. This warmer is quite large; my mug fits within the circle, and there is a bit more than an inch of space all the way around. It looks very attractive with its smooth glass top that should be easy to clean, as opposed to the styles with indented tops. All in all, it's been a very satisfying purchase.

I like the design, and size, of this warmer. The only problem is you need flat bottom single wall cup. I wanted a cup with a lid you can drink from that wasn't double walled, I didn't think that kind of cup would be impossible to find! It is. If you are lucky enough to find a cup the warmer is great.

Ok this thing works well, but on its highest setting it goes up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit! Just use it on the low setting and it keeps the coffee perfect. But beware, it's goes over twice as hot as advertised.

Keeps coffee perfect temp on lowest setting.No need to get hung up on having a perfectly flat bottom mug, mine are typical ceramic mugs.

I promised one as a gift to my daughter when I bought mine at under $40 dollars.Now I have to find something else for her,or shell out an extra $20 and be grateful they still have one left to sell.Update 09/30/2023:The warranty expired Mar 2/2023. Unit died 08/16/2023. Found a cheaper replacement that has a gravity switch this one lacked. When it died, the touch sensor just stopped working.

I am very pleased with my purchase, no more rushing to drink my hot coffee or tea.It keeps my drink really hot for 4 hours without sacrificing the real taste .
