Diane D881 Shampoo Neck Rest, Black

Perfect

I purchased this for my studio European shampoo bowl on here rather than my local salon supply store because of the price, being less than the store. It came quickly. However, since using this one I have had issues with it A. Staying on the shampoo bowl (falls down behind the shampoo chair) B. It's causing water to leak down people's backs and necks. C. Some people have complained it isn't comfortable as well which defeats the whole purpose of a "neck rest". I feel like it's too thick or narrow for some people causing these issue. If I had to do it over again I would pass.

I purchased this to replace the foam neck rest on my Belvedere shampoo sink and it is ok. It is easier to keep sanitized since it doesn't absorb moisture like the foam neck rest, but it moves around and isn't as comfortable as the foam. Perhaps it will work better on a different brand of sink? I'm giving it 3 stars because it's well constructed and easy to keep clean, but I'm docking it 2 stars for fit and comfort.

This really takes the pressure off the clients neck when shampooing

Was recommended this from the manufacturer of the bowl I purchased. I am not really happy. It slides off very easy. The foam is comfortable. Just wish it stayed on better
