ODD THE HANDLES ARE PLASTIC!

We assumed you could buy inserts for the file drawer. I.e to hold 3X5" cards. NO!!
We were told you could get inserts for the file drawers.They said "No."Bought two fireproof cabinets and it so a cemetery with various size cards.Over five-thousand dollar investment--Very disappointed.

It came in with a scratch on the side and no keys. I asked about getting a touch up bottle of paint and was told none was available and i was given a $10.00 credit, I contacted FireKing about the keys and had new keys within 3 days. Great service on the key issue, wasn't real happy with the scratch issue, I would have preferred a bottle of touch up paint.
