We got the 14' version. Setup was relatively easy with easy to understand instructions. (The worst part is having to stretch out all the springs, which is the case for most trampolines) The included safety rails/net are surprisingly strong and durable; I've got no worries of my little one falling off/out. The mat seems to be pretty good quality as well. There were no rips or abrasions. I really like that it comes with a ladder and ground stakes with tethers. My son loves that it came with a basketball hoop and is obsessed with shooting hoops as he jumps.

Easy to put together, all metal is clear coated as described. When put together all poles have the tops plugged, no rain can get in preventing any rust issues from the inside like others I have had/seen. The padding is sufficient, but could be thicker in a perfect world, but the price works so it's not a big issue. The netting is tight, the springs are quality and the stitching is done very well.It has a long warranty, and the company selling this CC GARDEN says to just contact them with any issues. Its's a 5/10 year warranty, and I believe they will be helpful if they are still here that long, and hopefully so, but I'd like a manufacturers guarantee as well and would like to know how to get one. That's the only concern, otherwise, if's a great trampoline and at a nice cost.

Purchased for my son bday, he loves it me and dad + more can fit (8 ft) in there. Easily assembled, wish it had a bball goal.

The media could not be loaded.  This trampoline was an excellent price and was fairly easy to put together. The directions were somewhat clear though I definitely could have used some written directions with the pictures. Seems sturdy, though with three little maniacs only time will tell.

Purchased this trampoline and I have two boys who use this day in and day out for all sorts of flips and tricks. (Ages 6 and 10), along with grandkids and step kids. So trampoline was getting heavy use. Unfortunately the springs lasted 2 months and then they began to stretch and break. At least 2-3 a day would break off. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately (always within 24 hours) and they are sending out a replacement. Despite the spring mishap, the trampoline is good quality for the money spent. Oh, and we use indoors.

We had a bad storm and our trampoline we purchased last year for our son bday flew over and one of the poles broke. We were willing to pay for the part needed seeing it was our fault, well Mother Nature lol. Customer service not only was polite, responded quickly, but provided the part to us. I’m grateful as the kids love this trampoline. Overall the trampoline is stable and safe. The storm we had here in MI was just really bad! I would definitely recommend this trampoline because of the product and customer service!!!!

It’s a good and sturdy trampoline, but it took me a day to build, and after all that work it is for one child at a time to jump, my son is 3 so if his friends come over they can’t jump together
