I gave this a #3 rating for ease of cleaning and that's only because there are many ridges and baked-on foods will require some souring if the food sits too long in the sink. Otherwise, I loved these for holiday cooking and baking as the clean-up was a jiffy because I could toss these in the trash after using and buy more for the next large event!

When you need a deep half pan, this one is great very sturdy. I will order again.

I needed serving pieces that would keep foods cold for an outdoor taco bar. I bought 20 of these. I put ice in 10 of them, and put the foods in the other 10 and dropped each of the pans with the food onto the iced pans. It worked perfectly.

I like that the pans are nice and deep, but don't buy if you plan to use for lasagna. As you can see from the photo, they are tapered, so no way you would be able to slice it. I have to alter my recipe and use ziti or something that can be scooped out with a spoon.

I cook and bake with these pans in my oven then I throw them away for less clean up time. I hope you get more in soon it’s a great price I need to order more I've used most of mine already!

I use them for parties, everything goes in them....salads, veggies, breads, potatoes, stuffing, meats, desserts and my world famous lasagna...😉
