Missing the hook for the strap.
The media could not be loaded. Trust me the bag is absolutely beautiful and strong but why delivery faulty products! I can’t even use the strap that comes with it because one side is missing. I just use the smaller handlers to hold it but I would’ve rather the long straps, what an inconvenience!

Tan/beige lunch bag
Not as thick as others I’ve seen/felt. I have a different brand slightly larger but poorly insulated (thinly lined). I bought this brand & particular bag, after seeing it in use from a coworker and touching the lining. Mine doesn’t feel well insulated (as thick) as the one my coworker has… quality decline?? However, I’m keeping it because it fits my current needs. The quality of the bag is good but the insulation is less compared to a previously purchased bag. It would be nice to have the strap made out of the same material as the bag, the strap bring black cheapens the bag. The extra attachment bag is cumbersome for me, however it’s a reminder not to forget eating utensils & keep’s knives safely.

De buena calidad
Estoy muy contenta con la lonchera. Es muy resistente. La tela, los cierres, el asa me parecen de buen material, a la fecha no se han desgastado, y debo tener como 6 meses usándola. Todas las bolsas tienen excelente tamaño. Muy satisfecha con esta compra.
