Northstar Mil Spec Fat Boy Camo Suit

First off, this is my first ghillie suit so I don't have anything to compare it to. The first problem is that it's not as pictured. There are strands of white on it, and a very light tan. It's not all green, brown, and black (as pictured). It's not the seller, the carrying case shows the same picture as the list pictuer is on amazon. I haven't really played airsoft using this ghillie suit, but I think that helps if some light comes down and hits where you are. This ghillie suit is designed to be lightweight and it is. However, the material used to make the inside (that holds all the fibers on) is extrealmy thin and ripps fairly easily. Even when I walk through the house (with all the window's closed) I can feel cool air passing through. Now also, you won't be wareing it in the house because it picks lots of sticks and leaves (I didn't realize that until I went into the woods, so if you want to move around easily, don't get any ghillie suit). This can be a + because your legs will pick up more camo. The pants and hood use a draw-string to close any gaps. The pants have elastic bands that go around your ankels so they don't slip as easily. The hood has more fibers hanging over your chin so the front of your neck is covered (I wish it was all around, but it still works, just adds more to the front.) In the picture it may appear the guy is waring a mask, he is not. Their is even thinner material so you can see out of it, but your face remains camoflaged. It will also not fit in it's carrying bag (it probably will, but it's so hard to put it in, I haven't even bothered. Instaid, I use a trash bag.) The gun cover is for a really big rifle. My L96 is almost 4 feet long and it can still fit comfertably. You won't be able to use the gun wrap on normal assult rifles like M16s, and AK's. I am 6 feet tall and very big and this is very loose on me. I can't really deside weather to give this 3 and 1/2 or 4 stars because it's a great ghillie suit, but I hope it doesn't tear soon.

Product looks a bit different than the picture. The ghillie suit itself is actually made from individual strings, not strips like the picture implies. The face also is actually a bit different than what it looks like too. Green mesh for your eyes and nose, woodland camo around your face.

Complete coverage , extra full size for excellent pattern breakup yet very light weight . Gun sleeve is an added bonus . Soaked mine in permethrine to repel misquitos
