Great power bank with passthrough charging and UPS function
I got this power bank based on some research mainly for my travel router (shout out to GL.iNet). The UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) works seamlessly as follow (other power banks will produce a power blip when you plug/unplug something, even though only about 1 second, but that will make the router restart):1. Plug/Unplug from a (wall charger) power source.2. Plug/Unplug a USB device that is using the power bank as a power source.Other than that. This power bank also reaches the advertised wattage of both charging itself and charging other devices.

Great for laptop.
I've been using the ZMI PowerPack No. 20 for a few weeks now and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The output power is great and it charges my laptop quickly. The build quality is also impressive and the unit feels sturdy and well-constructed.One minor drawback is that the display is not very informative and only shows the battery percentage, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be nice to see more information about the charging mode on the screen.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the ZMI PowerPack No. 20 to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable portable charger.

Heavy but High End
I wanted a battery that I could easily get through TSA, had the maximum capacity possible (TSA limit is 100wh) and could charge my devices quickly. This battery hits all those marks, it's just a bit under the TSA capacity limit (so, in theory, it could have closer to 28,000 mah rather than 25,000 mah) and has one very high speed charging port for USB-C devices. It easily and quickly can charge my macbook pro, ipad pro, and iphone -- along with other devices. The LCD power meter on the side is pretty useful for seeing how much charge is left and is more useful than the typical indicator lights you might get on other batteries. Along those lines, it's nice to see exactly how much percentage charged the battery is just by looking at it rather than seeing 4 out of 5 indicator lights, for example. The one downside of this product, that is pretty much going to be the case with any battery of this capacity, is the size and weight. It's fairly large and heavy and it does fit in a messenger bag pretty easily -- but don't expect to ever keep it in your pocket.

Impressive performance - but still No useful product instructions
Solid build. Not too big or heavy given its capacity. Charges up quickly. And it quickly charges - less than an hour to take my MacBook Air from 20% to 100%. Very responsive customer service gave me details of how to use that were not stated in the really really small user guide it comes with, which does not have any instructions for use. There are different colored ports and 2 charging cables included, but the company told me to use my Mac charging cable.

The best of the best
Listen, I can rave about this sucker all I want, but at the end of the day, I'm not an expert in battery tech / testing, and most of the blogs recommending products to you aren't either (spoiler alert - "the best _____" blogs are pretty much all paid advertisements.) So here's my recommendation - go check out AllThingsOnePlace who has a video channel and some other material. His knowledge and the testing he does on portable batteries, charge adapters, and cables is incredible. Ready for another spoiler alert? This battery is pretty much best in class, and it brings a few things to the table that you won't really grasp unless you understand some nuances, like the quality of the battery cells inside, and how that affects the ability to actually discharge at the [very high] claim rates. This is particularly important, because if you're looking at a high end battery, you're probably needing the high power output that it's advertising. This battery isn't the smallest, it doesn't have the fanciest LEDs, and it isn't the cheapest, but the value that ZMI packs into this product is pretty much unrivaled. Again, don't take my word for it - check out the expert who literally puts the testing on display, and make the decision for yourself, because you might also find something else that suits you better.

Great for travel or offroad power
I use this product to power my MacBook Pro 2019 for working remotely outside, and 2 of these will power the MacBook all working day (8 hours) when I use my Rokid Air glasses with the lid closed of my MacBook. They are extremely efficient and they do not get hot, even when used outside and in my laptop bag. I wish I had more of these units and they are fantastic. As far as instructions, they will recharge through either of the USB-C ports, but to get the 100w output to recharge the MacBook, it has to be plugged in to the orange USB-C port. They do take a while to recharge, but I put them on a charger overnight sometimes, and I haven't had a problem.I wish Amazon sold the multi-pack units at a discount and I would pick up some more of these. The LCD display of remaining power is super useful so I can tell about when I'll need to swap out batteries, and these work fine going through the PD port of a USB-C Hub to the MacBook Pro.

One of the USB-C ports melted and no longer works
The display is super bright and needs to be covered with tape to not disturb my sleep. It also cracked when I dropped the battery. The hardware itself is otherwise high quality and the two remaining ports work, so I still use this daily.I also bought another large USB powerbank by another manufacturer that hasn't had these issues and also displays the input and output wattage for each port. I wish I would have bought two of those instead.
