The hats great but the way they ship it is awful. They ship in all smashed up in the bag packaging not a box. It looks like they could care less about shipping.

I will be reviewing the Whiskey Bent: Whiskey Feeds mesh adjustable trucker hat. I bought this product because as a kinesiology major and student athlete I’m always outdoors. I needed a reliable and striking way to keep myself cool while supporting agriculture.My criteria for evaluating this item will be on durability, sun protection, aesthetics, and uses in outdoor activities. I choose these criteria because to me these are the most important points that a hat needs to hit. Before I bought the product, I was wearing two separate hats. One was very easy to break and the other heated up my head too much for long periods of sun exposure. The hats didn’t look good nor functioned as a hat should. I’ve owned the whiskey feeds hat for around four weeks, and at the moment it has passed all my criteria.The hat is built for big heads and tall people. It has front paneling for the blue denim like material that holds the logo and stitching. The back is a white mesh that allows air circulation to the head, and helps keep you cool in long periods of heat exposure. The flat brim helps keep the sun out of the wearer’s eyes, while also looking stylish as most modern country brands do. The brim with the logo’s help keep a nice southern aesthetic while the hat advertises a livestock feed store allowing the wearer to support small town agriculture. I’ve taken this hat to workouts, football practices, games and especially parties. It currently has survived in relatively pristine condition besides a few stains on the white mesh which will stain easily. My only complaint with the hat is the white mesh. I wished it was made of a stiffer material and didn’t get stained as easily.Functionally in outdoor settings and activities this hat works great. It fits well on the head while providing a comfortable but stylish look. The best activities this hat can be used for is; working with livestock (non-rodeo activities), working out especially weightlifting, and parties. The only downside when wearing it is the limited outfit choice. If you only enjoy western wear or looking like a dukes of Hazzard character, then this hat is for you. If you’re like most human beings out there, then wearing a dark blue trucker hat can limit your choices. I mostly wear darker tones that mostly go with the hat helping my overall aesthetic.Overall this product is great besides minor inconveniences with the white mesh. The hat fits great and looks great while offering protection from the sun, fitting southern aesthetics, not having dents or marks from workouts, and keeping me cool over the last few weeks. I give this product a four out of five stars. If the company improves the material of the white mesh and make it stain resistant, I will consider giving back the final star for review.
