Great quality
Works wellHeavy duty material. Very thick. The velcro on it is a huge patch. Not small, easy to wear. Easy to clean. Wipe down after use size is great. It can fit up to a large person or a small person. Look at the dimensions in the size before ordering would recommend for anyone I use. Not as a waste reducer but as a back support say if I threw my back out or hurt my back. I put this around my ribs and back and it helps me but it also makes you sweat so it would be good for a waist reducer as well

Size
Belt looks and feels well made. Ive never sweat so much in my life. Would have given 5 stars except for the size. Im not fat but wear a L. This belt is so big can almost wrap myself twice. Im debating on cutting a foot off.

a must!
as someone trying to finally get rid of my covid weight (yes i know that was years ago 😂), this has definitely helped with getting my gut to shrink. now i will say maybe get 2 as they do work but mines kinda got shredded from washing maybe. the 1st lasted a few months & i was washing it twice a week as i have other in rotation. still a great product for sweating the midsection off.

Nicely made but really too wide
This is a great idea but I don't wear it because it's simply too wide. I have a big gut and if I put it on around my waist some of it is above my gut and it just hangs out there. I've only worn it a few times but I might try to cut it down about 2 in and see if it works better then. If it does, I'll probably wear it everyday, but I hope it doesn't ruin it if I cut it down. I'm not wearing it anyway so it won't be that big a deal if it doesn't work. Other than that, it's made nicely and I'm sure that someone who had more of a flat stomach would like it, but it's still pretty wide. You'd have to be tall enough to have a long torso.

Waist Body Wraps Save the Day
This waist wrap is very comfortable for my belly. Guess I don't have to worry about my pains anymore.

Smells
This waist band works great but it has a very ugly rubber smell that just won’t go away.
