This product is great for me as the phone is right in front, instead of me checking my right or left or on the dashboard. I have a Moto G7 Power which is 3 inches wide and pretty heavy. The mount barely fits the phone, and basically you have to "break the spring in" so it doesn't snap back at you all the time. Do not buy it you have a iPhone Pro Max which is wider than 3 inches. It does hold the weight of the phone very well. A little obvious but you can't charge your phone while using the mount

I use it every time I go out. Mainly to use my phone as a GPS, I've read a lot of your reviews complaining about not being able to see your dash board behind your steering wheel, It all depends on where you place your holder, also if you can't see your speed limit or the speed you're doing, basically that all depends on your GPS, mine tells me the speed limit and my speed. Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, this product is made out of rubber, do not leave it on your steering wheel exposed to the elements, hot/cold, etc... The minute I get to my destination I pull it off the steering wheel. My advice to you all, place your holder close to your wheel divider either to left or right, in order for you to see your dashboard. This little holder has worked perfectly for me , It stretches to fit my huge phone and the small one also and it bounces right back to it's original state. you do get two in this deal. Well worth it for me. So far I haven't had the need to use the 2nd included. Thank you

I bought this so I could FaceTime more safely while driving (lol). Well, more so my cousin, who loves FTing, could see me better while I was driving. So far... it works, but it's kind of difficult to latch in place, and the smallest accidental brush of my hand easily unlatches it. It stays in place when making a turn though, ironically, but feels sorta clunky and annoying like this big heavy thing going with the wheel and distracting you in your peripherals. Not cool. I have the iPhone 6s plus and have to take my phone case off for it to fit (I use the Silk Vault case). Also, you can't see your speed with this thing on. Since making turns with this thing on and your phone attached is the biggest con, I think the only scenario where this would come in handy and work like how I imagined it to be... would be on long distance trips where you barely make any turns and the roads/hwy are mainly straight, and cruise control is an option. Otherwise it's not convenient or suitable for day to day driving.

Although this mounted easily my phone (iphone11) was a difficult fit. Worked well, however rubber grips popped of frequently and plastic holding arms broke within less than 4 weeks of nearly daily use and the device is now unusable.

I couldn't believe I was getting a two pack for such a great price! I opened the package today for the black one. Imagine my dissapointment when I pulled it out of the box and the bottom support for the hinge was broken off. The broken piece wasn't in the box so that tells me it was packaged broken and no one cared. I wasn't excited about the yellow and black but it would seems at this point I have no choice. I opened that box and it wasn't broken. I installed the yellow one onto my steering wheel today (which is why it is not pictured.) It holds my phone steady even upside down. Even though it's not the color that I wanted for the price it's still a pretty good deal for one... If they are going to sell it as a 2 pack they should make sure that both are in usable condition.

This product is. It good for long distance driving. If you need to charge your phone it will not work because when turning the steering wheel it disconnects from the charger. I have an apple iPhone and the bottom piece kept falling off.

Both broke when a week but you get what you pay for

I love this cell phone holder for my gigantic phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9) and it fits perfectly in the spot below the upper part of the steering wheel on my 2015 Honda SE. It's kind of a weird car as far as the dashboard is set up so an air vent or cup cell phone holder just weren't going to work out with a phone of this size. With this product, I can still see my speedometer above, it only blocks the view of wheel RPM which isn't data I ever look at. The phone screen is right in front of me so I'm barely looking down at it which is good for when I'm using Maps for navigation.
