I had purchased this product in June 2023.A really nice and compact product for the price range. After 6 months the product developed some problem. On raising the matter with the parent company the product was replaced promptly. The received product has all functions working as listed. Finish is good. Overall an excellent product and even better service backup.

It's an easy to use toaster which comes with a heating tray for heating Croissant, brioche or any bread without toasting. Does the job , minimum fuss. You can use the 6 toasting levels to suit your preference.

Toasts bread really well & fast.There’s another stand provided to head bread with other shapes.Amazing quality.Only wish there was a lid for the top when the toaster was not in use to prevent insects from going in.Size is perfect. Looks super cute.Hoping its gonna last me a good time.Happy toasting ♥️✨

On the first look, product is ok. More after 6 months usage. I observed that hitting is not even to the full slice of bread..

Great compact design.Mechanical enclosure for holding the bread inside is excellent.Body material is of good plastic.The extra attachment to hold breads above the toaster is extremely useful.I’ve been using it to heat naan/ sheermaal and even left over pizza and it works just lovely.Also the bread crumb base tray is a very useful option.What I would have loved is a cover to place over it when not in use.Perhaps AGARO can provide one at an optional cost that can also be purchased separately.A 3 pin plug with earthing would have been better from safety point of view since this is a toaster.The warranty process is cumbersome.They make you write a review to qualify for a warranty which is just not fair.

easy use. worth it

I am writing this review after 4 months. I had high expectations with this product because of the reviews it had. This is one of the worst toasters i have ever owned. The timer doesn't work as per how it is expected. From the day one i had been struggling with the timer cause it isn't constant. It burns toasts if you don't stand there and keep an eye. Now after 4 months the auto popup has stopped working completely and timer is of no use. It doesn't stop unless i push the stop button myself. It'll keep on burning the toasts but won't auto popup. The print quality of the direction buttons on the toaster is of poor quality and now it is all gone after 4 months. Also cleaning this toaster is a pain It is impossible to clean it as it keps some bread crumbs stuck inside the toaster other than that tray you can't clean anything.There are better products in this price range better go for them.

I've been using this toaster for over a month and it's working well. The toast browns evenly on both sides, but larger slices of bread need to be flipped over for even toasting.The stand is useful for warming buns and croissants.A good buy at an affordable rate.
