Bosstouch 19 Inch LED Touch Screen Monitor With USB VGA 12801024

I don't like to buy anything without a customer review, but took my chances since this was $250 cheaper than the ELO monitor that we are currently use that stopped working. DO NOT WASTE your money. First of all you have to download the touchscreen from a CD (which was very hard to get to work), then you follow the instructions on the manual that you get. Finally we got the CD to work and it says to go to the tools menu in this menu and tools isn't even there. There is no Bosstouch website on line either that you could possibly download the operating information, or even contact a person in tech support. This is the worst of the worst. So I returned it and I decided to go with the more expensive ELO touchscreen monitor. Lesson learned.
