PS2 Wired Controller, Double Shock Dual Vibration Twin Shock Gamepad for Sony Playstation 2, Green

I ordered 4 of these from Nokkoo Eshop, and I was very happily surprised when they arrived within 2 weeks with standard shipping (and 1 month BEFORE the "estimated delivery date"). For shipping, they were individually wrapped in bubble-wrap, and put in a bubble-wrap package. I did not expect a great amount of packaging, but for being shipped halfway around the globe, I thought they could have packaged them in a little more sturdy container to prevent damage. For the 4 controllers, the vibration feature did not work on any. That's not a big deal to me so I don't count it as a "complaint". Other than that, 3 of the controllers work perfectly. The joysticks are responsive and reliably reset to center. The cord is long enough for me to sit on the couch while I play. And they look good too.The other controller had a small hole in the left handle where the plastic broke, which probably happened during shipping, and the L2 button did not work. If I had only ordered 1 or 2, I might have been disappointed. But considering the low price I paid for each, I still feel that I got a great bargain.If you're looking for a decent controller, these will suit just fine. Given the low price, you probably shouldn't expect each one to be perfect, and you might want to order 1 or 2 more than you need, just to hedge your bets. But as with everything, you get what you pay for, and I feel I got a great bargain.

This was the cheapest controller I could find, but I was concerned that it wouldn't be good quality. It very much surpassed my expectations. The analog and buttons are very tight, but maneuverable and the quality isn't that far off from the actual Sony controller. If you want a good off brand controller, this is it!

Controller's left analog stick input dies at the 11 o'clock position, making fluid movement impossible. When playing on a PS2, pressing the triangle, square, circle, and X buttons are confused with HOLDING those buttons, making any difference in controls useless. Sensitivity on both analog sticks leaves a LOT to be desired as well. It appears sturdy, but that has yet to be seen.Good if you want something cheap for LEGO games, but if you want something comprehensive to a DualShock controller, this isn't it.

Buttons work well, sensitive is decent, but if you so much as drop it's over. Someone asked if it was made from cheap material and someone said it was of decent quality, let's put it to the test. After a bit of stressful racing in Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero, the controller began to crack. What sealed the deal was when I dropped mine from the side of my bed and it shattered. The area that holds the L1 and L2 buttons was completely broken. I understand that for the price it's at I can't expect a whole lot but I'm better off going to a pawn shop and buying an old original PS2 remote.

This stopped working on us the second time we tried to us it. It wouldn't light up in the middle and it wasn't registering with the ps2 in any way.

It works just fine, but you can tell it is cheaply made in comparison to the oem sony controllers. The analog sticks are pretty insensitive. but the price is low, and it was just for an 8 year old and he likes it.

Works great can now record games on ps2. Doesn't last that long though better off buying an original PS2 controller at least then it would actually be tough enough handle a child playing let alone an adult

Had to get a new controller because the one that came with my ps2 finally crapped out on me after 16 years. Arrived in two days with Amazon prime shipping. After a week of moderate use it shows no signs of wear. The joysticks are very responsive & reliably go back to the center. The buttons have a good feel to them, reminiscent of the original controller's feel.My friend buys original controllers because he uses them for "speedrunning" games and says that aftermarket Nintendo and Sony knock-off controllers tend to have less responsive joysticks and an overall poorer build quality. He claims they tend to succumb much quicker to deterioration under extensive use. I can't vouche for this particular controller's reliability under that kind of extensive use. If you are a casual gamer like me, who just needed a new controller to replace a broken one or wants an extra one to enjoy some classics with friends, then you can't beat this kind of bang for your buck. It also looks quite nice.
