This is a honest review. I bought them to use in the gym instead I spent all the time adjusting and messing with them because they kept falling off every second . They very loose and don’t fit they hurt my ears too. When you try to adjust they turn off and then you have to go back to the phone to turn them on. Nothing like noise cancellation. You hear every background noise . You have to turn the volume maximum to at least hear the music. . When you get them working one of them just turns off and you end up listening from just one head phone. Eventually I gave up using them only after 3 days and decided to buy another one . I was so disappointed I decided not to use blue tooth operated and back to wire. At least it stays on. Eventually while using them while waiting to get new ones One fell off just sitting on the train. Never to be found . The rest went to the bin. In less than a week. What a waste. Useless.

Really good bit of kit badly let down with very poor battery charge and listening time. Despite using the slip of paper instructions the size of a bus ticket. The earbuds managed a maximum of 30 mins listening time which was useless and a waste of time. When they did work for each half hour session they were fantastic quality and very easy to pair to my phone as well as exceptional sound quality.The charging issue seriously let this product down. The charging case was fully charged each time and the buds were engaged properly for a long time just to make sure that they were charged, all instructions were followed. I even got advice from other family members who have similar priced earbuds.30 mins listing is no use to me so they went in the bin in frustration.

These sadly didn’t last very long. I know they were cheap, but I expected to get a few months use out of them at least! The left bud worked once then failed to charge again, so I was left with just the right bud. This managed another couple of weeks until it fell out of my ear, landed on the ground and the tip came out of the bottom - this wouldn’t reattach properly and was therefore unusable. I hadn’t keep the packaging etc. so didn’t bother trying to claim a refund - can’t comment on the retailer’s customer service. Probably worth spending a bit more in the hope of achieving better quality.

Used for a little while and were ok. Left ear piece won't hold charge no matter what we do. Recharged, reset etc and just dies. Total waste of money

Product arrived quick, was not able to charge when opened. Battery lasted for 15 mins only in one ear pod the other did not work at allVery disappointed girl for Christmas

I found it Too loud on lowest setting. Even painful for eats.

Item arrived with two missing items - instructions and charging cable.Unable to use and returned.
