Build quality good, sound quality suitable for speech, not great for music.
They feel solid and durable, and will be fine for my intended use, which is for hard-of-hearing folks in meetings. The sound quality isn't as good for music as other phones I've tried in this price range -- not much bass -- but it's actually fine for speech intelligibility.
