This laptop was a great value. Stacked specs, nice clean laptop body, and it works as expected. I would highly recommend this model for anyone looking for a powerhouse of a computer without the powerhouse prices. It is very fast, and has a ton of space.

Ordered the laptop for my wife's work and possibly light gaming (Sims). The keyboard is mechanical which is good, but has a very cheap feel. The pc is all plastic and very cheap quality. Has a lot of bloat software that I removed. The camera works, but it is poor quality images/video. For $650 I would have just bought a gaming laptop, but my wife wanted this one. I would expect to pay more around $300-$350 for this laptop. It does NOT come with an RJ45 as shown on the images. 3 USB, 1 C port, 1 hdmi ports only. I recommend a docking station to us this pc plus all your peripherals (mouse, keyboard, webcam, monitor, usb, speakers/mic).

My laptop just came today February 20, 2023, and even the box says it supposed to come with windows 11 but it has windows 10. I was led to believe it had a touchscreen and a fingerprint access and it doesn’t have either. Lastly, I get online to look at the specifications and what do I see but the prices drop from $599 to $553!! that’s not right! I should get a refund on my account for the difference! So far not a happy camper. I will update my review as I haven’t had a chance to use it as I’m transferring data - will see if I can upgrade to windows 11 free or not.UPDATE: I have been able to perform multiple updates to allow me to download Windows 11 for free. I have sent the seller a message about my other concerns,, and have received no reply and it’s been over a week. I would not buy from this seller again. This product did not come as advertised, and there was a price reduction the day my laptop arrived. This is called bait and switch. This is an unscrupulous seller. Do not purchase from the seller.

Product seems new, but box is old. Bought the 2 TB with 32 GB RAM. Had sticker covering the RAM memory of a different model (8GB RAM) and the SSD capacity (256 GB).Biggest disappointment is that it doesn't have RJ-45 port. That's why I bought it in the first place. Why advertise something that isn't there?

It seems fine and comparable in quality to the type of laptops being manufactured now.
