These pans are a nice weight, not as heavy as cast iron, and not as light as most non-stick cookware. Good, even temperature when cooking, easy to clean. The hammered design is attractive and I like the blue color. The lid handles do get hot while cooking so you will need to use a pot holder.

Nonstick is awesome, great even heating, super choice of pan. Our daughter is a chef, and was very complimentary of the performance of these pots and pans. This one was so good we got the rest of the set. Though it’s says you can use metal and put in dishwasher, we do not do either so I can’t say how they hold up with that, but they are doing great under other normal use. 100 recommend.

I received my pans yesterday and tried them out this morning. I cooked Canadian Bacon on a slice of cheese no oil or butter. Then I wiped out the pan with a paper towel and fried two over easy eggs. They turned out perfect. I love this cookware set. Nothing stuck to the pan not even the over easy eggs. Highly recommend. They look nice too. Cleanup was easy as well. Rinsed the pan with hot water then wiped it out with another paper towel. Updated. 4/22/23: Beware, the handles on the lids get extremely hot.

We've used these pans now for over a month. They are perfectly non-stick. Eggs slip out with just a flick of the wrist. They clean with only the slightest touch and they're beautiful. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could,.

The media could not be loaded.  If I needed more than the skillet id get the whole set. It just beautiful and has a nice weight to it. Although it says metal safe for utensils, dont. You wanna have this pan for a long time, right? In the video, I am cooking spam for some musubi. It came out great and cleaning was fairly easy after letting it soak for a few mins. Overall, would recommend. PS it is made in China but honestly what isnt?

i cooked some chicken breasts on it for the first time cooking on it and i cant get the darn pan clean! i already cleaned it twice and it still looks dirty and has a film on it. not good and i cant return it anymore

Perfect size and quality.I bought a set of pots and pans similar to this which did not come with a 10" skillet, this is made of the same materials and very close in color. Pretty happy to have bought this and it has a lid which I needed.

So easy to use and marvelous to clean. Just lovely pans. Great quality.
