This bag holds a lot of quarters, dimes and the such while being quiet. The Velcro used to open and close the bag is extremely strong but with reason. If you flip the bag upside down, your change will not come out because of the velcros strength. You cannot submerge this bag in water, it will easily seep thru flap openings on both ends. So it is water resistant..not water proof. I have a back pack I place this bag in for change when I need it so it is a good thing it is water resistant. If your looking for a diving change bag…move on.The external surface is nicely tactile and its walls are thick and sturdy.This is a change bag very well thought out.

I love This small envelope. It keep your cash and important receipts. They have different sizes bc this one may be too small for important documents.
