Good value for money.
A great kettle. Works well and was delivered quickly, which was appreciated as my kettle had broken.

Seriously bad product
Based on the description and reviews of this product I bought this kettle 4 months ago, but it yesterday it stopped working. During the first week of operation on a couple of times the kettle didn't stop boiling by itself. I put some water to boil then I went to do some choirs and later when I came back to the kitchen I saw condensation all over the kitchen and the kettle was bone dry. All water evaporated into the ceiling, wall and cupboards because the kettle failed to stop boiling by itself. This happened a few times, so I could not leave the kettle unattended. But yesterday I went to turn the kettle and it now completely fails to turn on. I changed the fuse and also tried a different plug socket but the kettle is totally kaput.

It's ok
The design is a bit cheap as you cannot see how much water is in it as it's blocked by the handle. Very poor design which is shown in the price I think. It pours well, it's light and looks quite good in my kitchen.

Good product
Good product for the price. Not fast boil, but it doesn't matter. Handle us well balanced and comfortable to use. Recommended.

Broke after 3 months
Found this kettle noisy, slow to boil and dribbled everywhere when pouring. However that was the least of it. After 3 months the lever to switch it on and off got stuck in the 'on' position and never switched off, it was not even possible to switch it off manually. To stop the kettle boiling, it had to be lifted off the base. I contacted the seller (Belaco) and got an email back from someone called Jo, asking for more details which I quickly and thoroughly provided. Since then I have heard nothing back despite emailing twice more to ask why I haven't heard back. Silence still prevails 3 weeks later... Do yourselves a favour and spend a little more to get a better kettle from a decent seller...
