Great little NGFW
Great support and the firewall works as intended

Complete Solution
Received this yesterday and finished setting up this morning. This takes a significant amount of computer networking knowledge to set this up. There doesn't seem to be a lot of online guides related to homeowners and the average user may be able to connect through it but i doubt it would be set up efficiently. I believe this to be a great value for money. The subscriptions are costly but data security is not easy and the good companies arent cheap.

Be aware of Bundle warranty expiration
Fortinet ships these devices with a bundle warranty which starts 99 days after the device leaves the factory. This means that you should be aware of how long the device has been sitting on a reseller's shelf. In my case I purchased the unit in January of 2021, but the bundle warranty was activated in July of 2020, so I lost 6 months of support. Will get another for HA setup.

Don't waste your money
I have had 2 tech support people try and setup this device to finally decided its not longer worth the hassle. $400 down the drain as it can not be returned and Fortinet does not honor their own return policy for 1 year.
