Love this product so far.I am 30 years old and suffer from chronic low back pain due to some "type" of inflammation in the damaged discs and joints in the lumbar and sacroiliac regions of my spine.After doing some research online,and refusing to let Dr.'s put me on a prescription arthritis medicine for fear of the long term side affects,I decided to try this product.I have to say that this partnered with two other all natural anti inflammatory supplements,taken for about 3 weeks now I can honestly say that I have significantly less pain in my low back.Don't get me wrong I still experience slight pain and stiffness first thing in the morning(there is NO silver bullet cure ALL for chronic pain and stiffness),but it only last about 15 minutes in the morning now instead of 2-3 hours. Overall I would say that my pain has decreased by at least 65%, and I'm hoping as more time goes by that will improve more yet.Be patient, it was about 10 days before I started to notice any significant decrease in pain after starting to take these supplements.But it is worth sticking it out,they really do help! They are a much more cost effective alternative to some of the big name anti inflammatory supplements out there.Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.After a long enough period of time living with chronic pain you tend to forget what it was like not to be miserable all day long,but these will help you to remember. I can't speak for everyone, but any time you can have noticeably less chronic pain on a daily basis you want to tell others, so that they can feel better too.

These capsules are easy to swallow. I believe that I have seen some difference on some days with Improvement in my pain with rheumatoid arthritis.

Great product, if you have inflammation anywhere in your body, or you want something that has had hundreds of studies on. Including those that are saying this will take the place of Chemo. It's needed by everyone.
