Wellwerks Floor Lamps for Living Room, 12W LED Floor Lamp with Remote Control and 4 Color Temperatures, Timer Reading Lamp, Standing Lamps for Bedroom, Office

It wasn't hard to choose this floor lamp because I wanted one of a specific height that had different levels of light and colour. This one fitted the bill perfectly. Unlike other people who left reviews, I did find it fiddly to put together and actually put the metal bracket (at the base of the bulb) upside down. When I put the shade on I saw a gap underneath which showed the bulb and realised I'd have to take the top part off and do it all again. But that's just me not checking the diagram more carefully. I also got in a right muddle with the shade, couldn't figure that out at all. I reread the reviews on here and then remembered that I needed to turn it around for it to fit the top ring and fold shut (the joining edges are a bit like velcro).Now that it's in place I'm really happy with it - it's exactly what I was looking for. The colours are lovely, especially the golden glow. The remote worked perfectly, just took me a while to understand which buttons to use for the different effects. Trial and error, for me at least, but I got there in the end! If I can do all this (as an ancient person who is hopeless with diagrams and instructions!!) than anyone can. The end result is definitely worth it.

So this lamp has to be put together. It was very easy to put together as you can see in the photos you have to rill.the shade around the metal ring and clip it in then secure with velcro. The photo of it finished as you can see gives plenty of light and has different light settings from cool to warm and dim to bright. It was was just what I was looking for.

Fabulous buy. Needed a lamp that we could adjust both the colour and brightness so this is perfect. The remote has different settings such as night light, gaming, nursing (I'll definitely be using this). So so glad we bought. Wish it came with 2x AAA batteries though!

Generally I avoid gimmicks such as touch operation, remote control etc on lamps, but I have to say I like this lamp a lot. It can be set to the exact colour tone and brightness you want, from a small remote control. No telling how long the bulb will last - hopefully a long time as apparently it is not replaceable. Perhaps by the time it wears out, someone will be offering replacements. In the meantime it's a lovely, simple, modern corner lamp.

It is what it is, a little bit pricy for what you get!
