Really gives my entrance hall a wow factor when opening the front door. Really easy to install and very clear instructions and video to follow. Definitely worth every penny as this product is of the highest quality. So modern really pleased.I just wanted to add, that the service given by the company was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. The response rate on a question was within a matter of an hour, definitely will be using them again, buying more products and highly recommend this company and overwhelmed by how beautiful the lights are !!

Absolutely beautiful!
Easy to install, looks a lot more expensive than what it is. Very happy with it, compliments our decor beautifully. Very happy with this purchase. Customer service brilliant too!

Difficult to contact seller
This is beautiful and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately one of the globe shades was cracked but I don’t know how to get in touch with the seller to request/buy a new one. @seller, please can you connect with me.

Damaged in the post
Box arrived very damaged. Replacement parts were dispatched but never arrived. All parts of the light have scratches. You can’t notice on the metal parts but the glass balls have multiple scratches on each and they look terrible. The scratches are very noticeable when the light is on. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful light. The packaging is just not sufficient for a glass light travelling overseas.

Not accurately described
No where in the lasting it has mentioned to buy the smallest E27 fitting bulbs, as a regular bulb will not fit, or you can use without globes, as there is not enough room to fit globe/glass.I spend £45 on alexa controlled bulbs and and they don't fit. You can only fit golf ball size bulbs and smart bulbs are only available upto 5w max in smaller dimensions, 80mm in length max.I thought, i should let others know. As it will their time to find correct size bulbs and don't get misguided by the pictures from the seller.Thanks.
