Pretty good for the money
The specs on this thing are really good, its very fast, and can handle all kinds of work loads. i would feel very confident going into a store and asking the staff to beat this for the same price. Though that being said they did cut corners in order to get such good specs, 1st the camera for things like zoom meetings is bad and although it has a 1080p panel it is a TN panel with low brightness, terrible viewing angles, and bad contrast the text looks grey instead of black. Overall its a good laptop that can handle all types of work it just needs some better quality of life tweaks

Restocking fee for broken product.
Product was defective. We bought it to use on zoom and microphone stopped working after a week. We spoke with seller. They agreed to try and fix it. All they did was run a diagnostic scan. We received the laptop back and the microphone still didn’t work. Then they charged us a $60 restocking fee when we returned their product that didn’t work. Beware.

Great laptop... Software issues with Windows 10/11 beware!
Out the box worked like it should no issues. Once updates all went through even windows 11 was pushed on this computer which comes with windows 10. Once updates were all done that's when issues started. So laptop is good for specs n price but has major crash/hang/reboot issues. It seems to be between windows software and the video card at this point. This issue is documented from windows 10 to now windows 11 through various diy troubleshooter threads. Now the laptop barely function to do anything. Knew why I never wanted any windows past windows 7 because they always update and it screws everything up and can't leave well enough alone. Issue is with software not the actual Lenovo laptop hardware. If it functioned properly like it did the first day would be 5 stars but sadly it's a messed up computer now thanks to the windows 11 push I would of never authorized given the option.Found a work around with the crash/freeze issues. Download windows 10 from Microsoft directly and create a USB boot drive. Wipe everything off with a fresh copy of windows. Ensure laptop is NOT connected to internet. Once installed and booted to home screen go to windows update and u MUST delay the updates. Also DO NOT install AMD video card software this is also a crash causing issue. Use the default Microsoft drivers and remember to keep pushing those updates back. Once those updated take root it will freeze and crash. Also DO NOT install Lenovo software as these seems to be an issue to. Only the nessesart drivers like the Bluetooth, wifi, card reader drivers.

Most disappointing purchase ever !
I expect a brand new product with no defect. IT'S NOT ! Even with the TWO replacements. I spent hours trying to fix the problems. I wonder if the seller is selling REFURBISHED items which should be clearly stated in the advertisement. Don't say "THE NEWEST 2021…" !

Internal Warranty was incorrect with no paperwork.
INTERNAL WARRANTY WAS INCORRECT SHOWING UNIT MAY HAVE BEEN MONTHS OLD (because it was opened for parts added) which I wasnt aware required contacting Lenovo (no phone number or manual with pc) through Amazon, and registering the pc through Lenovo support website and 24hr wait. Lenovo did correct the internal warrenty though, so not bad. Otherwise, beside being microsoft store dependant (hate it), it's good so far with a learning curve for this Win97 user.

Really fast
This little laptop is crazy fast. If you're used to slower computer speeds this will blow you away. It can even run games well. Very impressed. It would be 5 stars if it had an ethernet port, but unfortunately it does not, so I'll have to end up buying a usb to ethernet adapter.

Blue screens of death and other hardware related crashes
To start, this laptop had decent performance and pretty nice battery life, and the display had some bad viewing angles but was otherwise alright... But that's all I can say from the 3 days I've had this laptop. I didn't even have the laptop for a full day before I had issues with the display freezing and going black, and random restarts. The next day is when I started experiencing blue screens of death with a variety of error messages, which were "unexpected_kernel_mode_trap", "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", and "Clock_watchdog_timeout". In my research I found that these errors were caused by faulty hardware, like the ram. By the last day I couldn't even have a 10 minute session before encountering frozen screens, black screens, reboots, and blue screens of death.Needless to say I am very disappointed with this product. It doesn't help that the first time I ordered this, they suddenly sent the laptop back to the seller, then after another week of waiting this happens.

Decent for ArcGIS Pro but display SUCKS
I bought this computer because I am an avid apple user, but the work force I am moving towards uses programs only for windows. I wanted something with decent specs for the processing the program, ArcGIS Pro, requires. Does pretty well! Though I hate the display SO much it makes me wish I didn't buy it. I have to tilt the screen away from myself at an odd angle to see all the colors properly. Which doesn't make for fun geospatial visual analysis. I typically use the HDMI and connect it to my TV to avoid this issue. I have messed with all the settings and nothing improves this issue. Colors are washed out and blend into another unless tilted away from me at an odd angle.
