This kit can be used on leather that is a dark shade Maroon to light shade Maroon and is great for re-coloring areas that have been exposed to sun light or direct heat. I wouldn’t think so. It’s designed to enhance existing color, not change it.

Q: After cleaning leather, how long before I can apply the coloring cream? Then after the coloring, how long before I use conditioner?

Hi there, This is Furniture Clinic Customer Care. There is actually no specific length of time to wait as there is no drying phase. After following the cleaning instructions, as long as any excess cleaner has been wiped away and it is not still wet then it is fine to use the Balm. With the Balm, you apply it in a circular motion and then use a clean cloth to buff the surface, again ensuring there is no excess left on the leather. At that point, it is fine to apply the Protection Cream/Conditioner.
