My hair is sensitive and I usually use this kind of ampules in salons for perms and coloring. I used this for home coloring and it actually protected my hair very well! I used Loreal's $10 hair color that is sold in drug stores. Usually my hair would get coarse after dying once and I could feel it while rinsing out. With this damage control ampules, my hair looks and feels the same as before coloring! Make sure to follow the instruction.

My daughter and i have very sensitive skin, our scalps even more so. We've tried all the specialty shampoos and conditioners for psoriasis, and leave in treatments (the OGX work pretty good) but this stuff works even better, especially if you leave it in for the recommended time (tried to rinse early because i was in a hurry- wasn't as effective. but seriously, this not only eases my scalp irritations, but also make my hair at my scalp super silky. my only wish is that it came in a bigger bottle
