This faucet goes perfectly with our decor. It was easy to install and it’s heavy duty. The waterfall puts out a lot of pressure. Great buy.

We're remodeling our master bath-so we haven't installed it yet, but I can see it is sturdy beyond belief-no cheap "light" feel to it. It's gorgeous. Much larger/wider than expected--pretty sure if you want to stick a coffee cup on top of it while you soak in the bath you can! I will update with pictures after it is fully installed.

We had this installed in our new tub, and I love it. The controller is on the side of the faucet nearest where we lay back and it's great to easily be able to adjust the flow speed and temp. I like how the water is distributed more broadly than our old one was. Absolutely no complaints.

The media could not be loaded.  The end product is amazing but the directions are a bit lacking and you have to be very precise with measurements. Not a do-it-yourself install unless you have carpentry and tiling experience/skills. Overall highly recommend, just be prepared for what the install entails.

This is a great waterfall that is supposed to have extraordinary flow. It is good. it feels that it is should be tighter and not move when touched. When I wash the top of it, I have to be careful because it moves.

Purchased for a bathroom remodel. I had plumber install. Works great. Was really happy that it comes with a finishing plate so the tile hole does not have to be perfect.

For the plumber or installer, charge double to install this. The inatructions are poor for set back of spout connection. You have to be right on for the connection to seal properly. The spout connectin fitting comes put together. It is near impossible to take apart without damaging the fitting or seals. Very poor design. The only reason I need to take it apart is to add the rubber washer. If they were going to package it together, why not put the washer in the fitting as well. I still have not gotten in apart. The valve has hot and cold written on it, but you have to orientate it per instruction where you hook hot supply to cold port and hot to cold port. Complete garbage. Not sure who is reviewing this. I will do a video so those who want to purchase this fully understands the install issue.
