Big enough but not too big. Comfortable and sturdy. Worth the money.

I looked at so many YouTube reviews of laptops, but the Gregory 25l did not come up on the ones I found. I even used AI to narrow down my research, but visiting a store ended being the best solution. The Gregory has what I need; small enough to squeeze under an airplane seat (might be 3/4 of an inch too long for budget European carriers?), quality YKK zippers, a square like shape, a suspension system for a 16+ inch laptop, room for an additional tablet, comfortable straps, a top and side carry handle, made from water-resistant polyester materials and under $150. The straps are very well padded with cinching ability. The size of the backpack, a side handle and quality zippers are my main requirements. 30 liters would be overkill (too big) for me, as I usually check a rolling hard case when flying for longer trips. But I need a backpack for meds, computer, tablets and a change of clothing if my checked bag disappears. And for short duration trips without a checked bag or for train travel after arriving at my Airbnb. Some of the Amazon bags seemed to have most of these attributes but not the side handle. And, I wish it was expandable too. I like the polyester materials, seems good for wet conditions. I found this bag by visiting retails stores, namely LL Bean, REI and EMS. Online I had settled on an Osprey or Amazon bag without side handle, but this one was at EMS. I see why the bags are returned often at Amazon as people need to touch and feel.

通勤用リュックとして、気になってた製品でしたが、今回リーズナブルな価格で購入出来て嬉しいです、製品も流石、登山用リュックで定評あるグレゴリーさんなのでしっかり出来ていて気に入りました、対応も速くて感謝してます。

タイトル通り、見た目に関しては旧型よりも新型の方が、かっこよくなったイメージです。ただ、内側のパーテーションの仕様が背面側が全開できなくなっていたり、背面側の上部ポケットがなくなっていたり、旧型と比較すると使い勝手が下がってしまったような気がします。よって星4にさせていただきました。
