Silentnight Anti-Allergy Duvet, 10,5 Tog, King, Anti-Bacterial Quilt

I brought 2 of these for my children, while the duvet itself feels of good quality and nicely filled the finish is very poor. On one end, of BOTH duvets, they do not line up correctly. It is therefore twisted in one corner. Very annoying!! How unfortunate this has happened with both the duvets I ordered.

Overall a good quality product. However I ordered a superking duvet to fit a superking duvet cover but it’s several inches too small. The packaging says superking but it is more like a king sized that barely covers my superking sized bed. After measuring it I realised it is only 210cm approx in width which is far too small for a superking. As I have used it I’m having to go out now and buy another superking duvet only 2 weeks later so my duvet cover doesn’t look ridiculous on the bed and I actually have a quilt to cover me properly. From a reputable brand I expected much better.

Low quality product. As you can see from the picture, the filling started coming out after a couple months of use. Better pay a bit more and get a superior quality product.

Purchased for my 3 year old for his ‘big boy bed.’We bought a quilt before this one but it was a nightmare. It was far too puffy and artificial and every morning the quilt had slid from the top to halfway down the cover meaning he was only covered by the quilt cover. But this quilt is perfect. It does need a shaking every other morning just to disperse any stuffing and to get the corners back where they belong but I think that happens with most if not all quilts.It’s a brilliant quilt. It’s not too thick, it has just the right amount of stuffing inside so it looks and feels like a luxurious quilt. Looks nice and plump on his bed. It’s lovely and soft and he’s slept like a log since purchasing it!It’s nice and lightweight but I do go for the togs that are ideal all year round. It’s been keeping him toasty on the cooler nights but not too hot in the summer. Perfect balance of stuffing for the tog.Fantastic quilt. More expensive than alternatives but you clearly get what you pay for. Will only be purchasing silentnight quilts from now on. Highly recommend to everyone!

I've given this a couple of stars as I'm sure it would be a good quilt if it didn't have a cheap and nasty outer cover.I had bought a Winter Warm duvet by Silent night and the 80/20% polyester cotton cover was shiny, slippery and just awful. This one is described as having a microfibre cover which is what is on my summer and winter Silentnight duvets. When it arrived I had a peek inside and the cover is shiny polyester cotton. On the bag a label has been stuck over the original print (microfibre cover) to say it's polyester cotton.This is what it says on the product page but it is NOT what I was sent. I am very unhappy about it."The 7.5 tog anti-allergy duvet is ideal for warmer summer months and is encased in a soft microfibre cover to keep you relaxed and comfortable throughout the night."
