This isn’t made out of some hard plastic that makes it look cheap. But it’s thick and soft but strong enough to stand on its own. I haven’t got to wear it out yet but I did get it for the Cloud cosplay I’m making! So soon enough~ [I also might be wearing it *backward* but I don’t really think it matters- there’s just that extra patch on the front and it’s not on the other side, hopefully that makes sense. Just something I noticed]

This looks great for a costume but the strap is pretty fake. If you have the time and can replace it with a faux leather it would look much better. It’s just woven cord and a snapping buckle to start with. Looks really awesome and very lightweight. Stays in place well and doesn’t collapse despite being hollow.

The strap for this product doesn't work very well. As I moved it was always creeping out of position. They are so light weight I couldn't feel when they started to move. They would get clear onto my back or restrict my arm movement before I'd notice. I ended up chopping off the straps, cutting some slits through and threading them onto the shoulder straps of my chest armor. Also the thin rubber bounces when I walked. I filled them expanding foam.(bad idea)I should have glued in some shapedfoam blocks. This stopped the flop. So thumbs up for good looking. Thumbs down for flimsy and ill fitting.

This is like a plastic rubber material. Material is soft and doesn’t stay in one place or inflated much. Very durable did what I needed it to do which was a Halloween photo shoot.

Really good quality, feels like a latex mix, but pretty durable. Worth the buy.Heads up the colder it gets the harder it gets, and might be brittle some way.

I got this this weekend. Sturdy material and looks great on my body.

Awesome cosplay accessorie. My stepsons loved it. They said it fit well and was well made.

Excellent soft foam pauldron. Great for what I wanted it for, a hot summer day at a Ren Faire. Lightweight, but quite realistic-looking. It is of course foam, so you really wouldn't want to be involved in sparring with anyone while wearing it, but well-made otherwise and quite light and comfortable.

Nice item, but it is not one size fits all. I have a 52-54" chest and this wouldn't even come close to fitting me
